Adria Bike announces new title sponsor of 4 Islands MTB stage race

Last week in Prague Adria Bike, the organiser of MTB stage races in Croatia and Mitas, the european biggest manufacturer of tyres and tubes, have signed a cooperation agreement for 4 Islands, Croatian most popular stage race which will this year experience its 3rd edition. After 3 years of existence as “4 Islands” the race will now be named “Mitas 4 Islands”, which also proves a strong commitment from both parties to further strengthen and expand event relevance.

Since its inception 3 years ago the race has largely increased number of participants establishing itself on the international racing map. It is held on 4 Croatian islands in 4 consecutive days which makes it very unique in the world of mountain biking. A diverse terrain and trails test participants speed, strength, physical and technical skills, even a character, making them challenge and compete with each other and even with themselves. To be well trained in every way and to be well equipped becomes evenly important in order to accomplish various territories, uphills and downhills provided by the beauties of Kvarner islands.
